💔 Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items

• Report any print defects or shipping damages within 14 days of delivery.
• Email markelzblazingblues@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
• We will arrange a free replacement or refund for verified factory defects or broken items.
• You do not need to mail damaged items back to us.

 

👗 Clothing Returns (Markelz Boutique Items)

• You must initiate return requests for boutique apparel within 7 days of delivery.
• Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and hair-free.
• Items must have original tags attached and be in the clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• We do not support exchanges; you must return the item for a refund and place a new order.
• Final sale items like intimates, lingerie, swimwear, and jewelry are completely non-returnable.

 

Mug & Custom Apparel Returns (LDR, Fun Shirts & Halloween Collection)

• Mugs and custom printed shirts are made-to-order specifically for you.
• We cannot accept returns or exchanges if you order the wrong size, wrong color, or change your mind.
• Please review the sizing charts carefully before finalizing your custom print orders.

 

💸 Refunds

• We will process your refund once our supplier receives and inspects the clothing return.
• Approved refunds apply automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
